Jeremy Feitelson is a West Des Moines family law attorney and the founder of Feitelson Law Firm. Licensed in Iowa since 2004, he has more than 20 years of experience and has handled over 1,200 family law cases, including hundreds of contested hearings and trials as well as hundreds of matters resolved through negotiation and mediation.
A Drake University Law School graduate and a licensed Iowa family law mediator, he focuses on divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, and prenuptial agreements throughout the Des Moines metro. Jeremy Feitelson has practiced law in the Des Moines area since graduating from Drake University Law School in 2004. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida before attending law school, and he is licensed to handle cases throughout the State of Iowa.
Over more than two decades, he has built his practice around family law, primarily divorce, child custody, and adoption, and has become a licensed Iowa family law mediator, helping divorcing and co-parenting families resolve their differences without going to trial.
